The Tina Davies 'I Love Ink' Eyebrow Collection LUXE is a collaboration between PMU artist Tina Davies and Perma Blend LUXE – a light-to-dark pigment set that makes colour selection simple.
It includes seven pigments with warm, neutral and cool undertones plus a shading solution, covering skin tones from fair, pink, beige, olive and caramel to dark brown and brown-black (Fitzpatrick 1–6). It is also suitable for correcting all faded PMU.
