We typically ship our products within 1 to 2 business days after receiving your payment. Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays.
If you opt for prepayment via bank transfer, it may take a few extra business days for us to receive the payment, which could delay your order.
We appreciate your patience and understanding, especially during new product launches when there may be processing delays. Rest assured, our team is working diligently to complete your order as quickly as possible.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Please be aware that bank transfers may incur international transaction fees, which you will need to cover. To expedite the processing of your order, ensure you include your order number as the payment reference. Once we receive your payment, we will promptly ship your parcel. -
