A light brown pigment with a yellow base for very fair skin and light to medium blonde hair.

07 Light Brown allows controlled saturation build-up with natural, subtle healed results and a satin finish. Built on a water-glycol carrier with glycerin and a PVP binder for predictable, even results. Suitable for all skin types: dry, normal, oily and mature.
