13 Velvet Rose creates elegant, natural lip results with a velvety rosy effect, particularly suitable for fair to medium skin tones. A controlled proportion of Titanium Dioxide provides gentle opacity while maintaining the translucency needed for natural pigmentation. Built on a water-glycol carrier with glycerin and a PVP binder for predictable healed results.
