16 Terra creates elegant lip results with refined depth, suitable for clients who prefer cooler tones with a slightly earthy burgundy character. It heals into a soft, deep rose-burgundy with a violet undertone. Organic reds, Iron Oxide Red and Titanium Dioxide combine for gentle opacity and a smooth, velvety finish, on a water-glycol carrier with glycerin and a PVP binder.
